My name is Sal Motta, and I founded Quick Drain with one goal in mind: to deliver honest, dependable sewer and drain services you can trust. But this business is more than a job to me—it’s the product of a lifetime spent learning what it takes to overcome adversity and do things the right way.
Growing up on Long Island, life wasn’t always easy. I lost my mom when I was very young, and that absence shaped me in ways I didn’t fully understand until later. My family faced its share of challenges, from financial struggles to setbacks that could have knocked us down for good. But in that environment, I learned the value of showing up when you say you will, doing the work no one else wants to do, and taking pride in every single day you put in.
By my teens, I was already working in the trades, learning everything I could about plumbing, drainage, and septic systems. I saw firsthand how a lack of proper maintenance and accountability could cost families thousands—and create stress no one should have to deal with. I knew there had to be a better way to run a business in this industry. One built on transparency, reliability, and respect for every homeowner.
