My Story
The Story Behind Quick Drain
From one truck and a vision to one of Long Island’s fastest-growing sewer and drain specialists — built around honesty, education, and diagnosis before sales.
“People don’t just hire plumbers. They hire people they trust to tell them the truth inside their home.”

One truck. One standard.
Long Island
Why I started Quick Drain
I felt the industry needed to change.
Too many customers are forced to make expensive decisions before anyone has clearly shown them what is happening underground. I wanted Quick Drain to be different: diagnose first, show the camera footage, explain the options, and let education come before sales.
Every recommendation should be backed by evidence. If the right answer is a simple cleaning, say that. If the right answer is a bigger repair, prove why. That standard became the foundation of the company.
We don’t guess.
We diagnose first.
My journey
From learning hard work early to building a company around trust.
01
Growing Up — Learning hard work at a young age. Adversity shaped the work ethic, patience, and persistence that still guide every job today.
02
Learning the Trade — Immersing myself in drain cleaning, sewer diagnostics, and wastewater systems, from simple sink stoppages to complex commercial sewer failures.
03
Building Quick Drain — Starting with one truck, one standard, and a belief that trust is earned one customer at a time.
04
Growing the Team — Hiring technicians who share the same standards: protect the property, show the evidence, explain the recommendation, and never take shortcuts.
05
Where We’re Going — Creating the most educational drain company on Long Island, with better diagnostics, better communication, and better standards for the industry.
Why we’re different
The philosophy is simple: evidence first, clean pipes, educated customers.
We Diagnose First
Every recommendation begins with evidence: camera inspections, testing, verification, and a clear explanation of what we found.
We Clean Pipes
Not just opening a blockage. The goal is restoring flow, removing buildup, and helping customers understand the difference between clearing and cleaning.
We Educate
You should understand why the problem happened, how to prevent it, what your options are, and what is urgent versus what can wait.
The Quick Drain Standard
No shortcuts. No guessing. No unnecessary repairs.
Every job should feel professional from the moment we arrive to the moment we leave. That means protecting the home, explaining the work, documenting the condition of the drain or sewer line, and cleaning up like we were never there.
✓ Drop cloths protect every home
✓ Camera inspection when appropriate
✓ Every recommendation explained
✓ Property cleaned before we leave
✓ No shortcuts
✓ No guessing
✓ No unnecessary repairs
My Mission
I didn’t build Quick Drain to become the biggest company on Long Island. I built it to become the company people trust when they need honest answers.
Community
Education is part of the service.
Quick Drain is becoming a resource for first-time home buyers, realtors, property managers, homeowners, and Long Island communities that need clearer answers about what is happening underground.
First-time home buyers
Helping buyers understand sewer risk before closing.
Realtor inspection classes
Teaching agents what camera inspections reveal and why they matter.
Property managers
Preventative plans, clearer documentation, and faster emergency response.
Homeowners
Plain-English explanations for roots, cast iron, orangeburg, grease, and backups.
Emergency response
When the situation is urgent, the standard is still calm, clean, and evidence-backed.
Long Island communities
Local conditions matter: groundwater, older pipe, roots, soil, and heavy rainfall.

The Future
Leading sewer diagnostics, advancing education, investing in technology, and raising the standard.
The vision is to build the company people recommend because they trust it — not because we were the loudest, but because we were prepared, transparent, and useful when it mattered.
